Lunch Club* Sessions: 11.30am to 12.30pm (with home-packed lunch)
Afternoon Sessions: 12:30pm to 3:30pm

Nursery Sessions and 30 hours' free early education scheme

The Giles Nursery is able to offer:

  • 60 morning places, five mornings a week for 38 weeks a year (15 hours)

  • 60 afternoon places, five afternoons a week for 38 weeks a year (15 hours)

We are delighted to offer the ‘30 hours free early education’ scheme to eligible parents as part of the above 60 morning/60 afternoon allocation.

For 30 hour children the offer is 8.30 to 3.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 to 10.30 on Friday.  Additional hours on a Friday may be purchased, to top up either to the end of the morning session at 11.30, or for the full day ending at 3.30pm.

To find out if you are eligible for free 30 hours provision please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.  If you find you are not eligible but would like to purchase extra sessions, this may be possible subject to place availability.

How to book additional sessions and lunch club

We use the Arbor Parent Portal App for the payment and booking of additional Nursery sessions and lunch club. To book, you must download the Arbor Parent Portal App.  You will receive an email with how to create a user account and this will allow you to book sessions and make payment as required, at a convenient time for you.

The system will also allow you to see both past and future sessions which you have booked. For further information, visit our School Comms page or speak to the school office.

If you wish to pay by childcare voucher or via the Government HMRC scheme, please firstly inform the school office that you wish to pay via this method so that we can change your settings to allow bookings.  You may then make bookings yourself, and once the voucher payment has reached our account, we will credit your Arbor Parent account.
